Whether you are a beginner or experience home baker, we have created a bakery course to answer all your questions.

The courses run from 11am to 5pm at our bakery located in Mayfield, it is a hands on class. Tea/Coffee and freshly baked croissants will be ready on arrival, with a light lunch provided. Arbutus Bread Bakery Kit to take home. 

All equipment and ingredients will be provided for the class. Course cost is €125,Slow Food member €115
