MY WILD ATLANTIC KITCHEN RECIPES AND RECOLLECTIONS BY MAURA FOLEY What a wonderful book Maura has written, all of her reminisces and all of the recipes that made her the culinary queen of Kenmare. I am very jealous of her remarkable eye for wonderful recipes spotted at courses,I was at the same courses and missed them! It was a pure pleasure to read and makes the likes of me, a retired chef, rush to the kitchen to try some of her recipes.
